It is formulated to prolong intimacy by slowing the onset of ejaculation. JO Prolonger Benzocaine is a light, fast-acting water-based spray that dries quickly and is made with the maximum strength of Benzocaine (7.5%) per the FDA. JO Prolonger Benzocaine takes effect quickly and duration is estimated at 15-20 minutes. Not for use with polyisoprene condoms. Key Ingredient. Benzocaine is a commonly used anesthetic used to topically numb skin that is also approved for use in delay sprays
