What Eldorado provides

From Eldorado's partner documentation (May 2026, in docs/) and what their real files contain. Each "Here" box shows how this app uses the service, with live figures.

Provided

Product catalog

daily

/feeds/product_feed.tsv on SFTP · tab-separated, about 20 MB · new copy around 9 pm Mountain

One row per product you can sell: SKU, name, description, short description, specifications, ingredients, wholesale price (before your discount), MSRP, MAP flag, price and notes, quantity, brand, manufacturer, catalog number, UPC, weight and dimensions, colour, size, packaging, materials, textures, flavour, fragrance, functions, features, quick-search groups, product class and type, battery details, country of manufacture, closeout, discontinued, hazardous and Prop 65 flags, received and active dates, and a link to the main image.

The real file spells two headers wrong (hazerdous_material, DATE_RECIEVED) and HTML-escapes its text. Both are handled.

Here: imported nightly at 22:30 Mountain and by Sync now: 16,876 products. Not downloaded yet. Last import ok 2026-10-02 22:19 UTC.

Stock and your prices

hourly

/feeds/inventory_<group>.csv (also .xml) on SFTP

Quantity available and your price for every SKU. Your price reflects your discount group and any sale pricing; the catalog's price is the undiscounted wholesale price.

Here: imported hourly at :15 into quantity and Your cost. 13,586 products are sellable (quantity above the buffer of 2), 2,782 cost you less than wholesale. Not downloaded yet. Last import ok 2026-10-02 22:19 UTC.

New products

daily

/feeds/new_products.csv (also .xml) on SFTP

Products added in the last 90 days, with new-from and new-to dates.

Here: sets the New flag: 701 products. Not downloaded yet. Last import ok 2026-10-02 22:19 UTC.

Discontinued products

daily

/feeds/discontinued_products.csv (also .xml) on SFTP

Discontinued items, still for sale while stock lasts, with the date they were discontinued.

Here: status Discontinued: 1,121 products. Not downloaded yet. Last import ok 2026-10-02 22:19 UTC.

Deleted products

daily

/feeds/deleted_products.csv (also .xml) on SFTP

Items removed from the catalog in the last 60 days. They can no longer be sold.

Here: status Deleted and quantity 0 for products already imported: 44 products. Not downloaded yet. Last import ok 2026-10-02 22:19 UTC.

Product images

web

https://www.eldorado.net/images/{small, medium, large, xlarge}/SKU.jpg

The product feed links each product's main image (in the large folder). Extra images use the same name plus a, b, c … and are found by trying letters until a 404. Large is recommended if your platform resizes images. Eldorado can send a whole folder as a zip for the first setup. No hot-linking: download the images and serve your own copies.

Your SFTP /images folder holds the full-size originals (about 84,000 files, 33 GB) without the smaller sizes.

Here: medium size, stored on this site. 16,820 products have a link in the feed, 56 say "no image". 10 checked, 10 with a local image. Sync now downloads the linked image; a product's "Fetch images" button also gets its extra images.

Order drop-off

any time

/uploads on SFTP · XML (one order per file) or CSV (several orders per file)

Upload a file per order and Eldorado picks, packs and ships it. File names must be unique (include the order number or a timestamp). Eldorado strongly recommends a test order first. Addresses follow US and Canadian rules; agree international formats with the Drop Ship team. Uploaded orders also show in your website account.

One line per SKU. Save as CSV UTF-8: Excel adds byte-order marks that make the file unusable.

Here: this app builds the XML (eldorado:push-order) and keeps a copy in storage/app/eldorado/outbox. Uploading is off (ELDORADO_ORDERS_ENABLED). 0 orders recorded.

Shipment confirmations

every 2 hours

/shipping_confirmations on SFTP · XML and CSV · rolling 7 days

One entry per shipped order: Eldorado's order number, your order number (CSV only), carrier and method, tracking number and ship date. The XML also has the order date, customer email and shipping cost.

Legacy product file

The file from Eldorado's old API, with fewer attributes than the product catalog above.

Here: not downloaded; the product catalog replaces it.

Website account

web

eldorado.net account, linked to your SFTP login

Shows every order, including file uploads, lets you review product data and place orders by hand. Its "my orders" tab shows the same shipment details.

Not provided

  • No API or webhooks. Everything is files on SFTP or the website; changes are found by downloading again. Here: the scheduler pulls nightly and hourly, and Sync now pulls on demand.
  • No live stock. Stock and your prices refresh hourly, so an item can sell out between files. Here: 2 units per product are held back (ELDORADO_STOCK_BUFFER).
  • No order acknowledgement. Nothing confirms that an uploaded order was accepted or rejected. You see it in the website account, or when it ships. Here: orders stay "uploaded" until a shipment confirmation arrives.
  • No cancellations, returns or backorders. The documentation does not cover them; arrange them with the Drop Ship team.
  • No shipping quote before ordering. The shipping cost only appears after shipping, in the XML shipment confirmation.
  • No tracking links. Only the carrier, method and tracking number.
  • No category tree. Only short product-class and products-type codes, such as "BAT - Batteries".
  • No links for extra images. Only the main image is linked; extras are found by trying a, b, c … until a 404.
  • No hot-linking. Every image has to be served from your own site.
  • Short history. Shipments are kept 7 days, deleted products 60 days, new products 90 days.
  • Gaps in the documentation. The XML shipment example has no purchase order number (the CSV has it), the country code is only "up to 3 characters", and the TSV column list leaves out the image link that the real file has.
